Alphabet Attraction
Cabaret Typographie is a graphic collective, a craft workshop with a trend for experimentation, a passion for graphic design and an attraction for alphabets. Established in 2010 by Laura Dal Maso, Mauro De Toffol and Tommaso Pucci, the collective works between Milan and Paris.
In Milan they are in residence at Bonvini 1909, an historical stationery shop. Cabaret Typographie’s works have been exhibited in various exhibitions dedicated to contemporary letterpress in Europe and USA. At the Hamilton Wood Type & Printing Museum, Danish Museum of Media, Samford University of Birmingham, Weltformat Graphic Design Festival and Tipoteca Italiana. Some works were published in sector publications, including For the Love of Letterpress, Communication Arts Typography Annual 11, Slanted, Pressing Mat- ters e Vintage Life by Uppercase.
For Orlando they designed a poster about the figure of Dorian Gray inspired by a famous song by the Cure.
