Miriam Escofet is a multi-award-winning artist of Spanish, English and Irish origin. She was born into a family of artists and has exhibited in London, Paris, Italy and New York. Escofet’s work is unbelievably realistic, with an obsessive study of details.
Miriam Escofet was bestowed with the honour of portraying Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II which was unveiled in July 2020 in the first ever royal virtual unveiling ceremony. This extraordinary painting graced the cover of the first issue of Orlando, where you can read more about her work and ideals.
